B.Bhushan & Associates was established in the year 2012. In this short span, it has made its mark in the field of Indirect Taxation consultancy. The firm gives advisory services in the fields of Tax planning and compliance. It also represents its clients before Original and Appellate authorities.
B.Bhushan & Associates is led and managed by Bharat Bhushan, Advocate, a Law Graduate from Delhi University, having Post Graduate Diploma in Tax Laws and Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from Indian Law Institute, Bhagwan Dass Road, New Delhi. The Articles penned by him regularly feature in Leading Law Reporters of the field like Excise Law Times, Taxindiaonline.com etc.
Besides this he has vast and enriched experience of serving the Department of Central Excise, Service Tax & Customs for nearly two decades in various positions including as a Departmental Representative in CESTAT.
To fully realize his true potential, knowledge and expertise he took voluntary retirement from the services of the Department and started practicing.
